Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone After 30 Days

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. You will not be able to recover your ride history, saved payment methods, or any other account information.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Here's what you need to know

Permanent Data Deletion

All your personal data, ride history, and account information will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Lost Access

You will lose access to all Rydes services including ride history, saved payment methods, and preferences

Grace Period

You have 30 days to cancel your deletion request before it becomes permanent

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these simple steps

Open the Rydes App

Launch the Rydes app on your device

Go to Settings

Navigate to your profile and select Settings

Account Settings

Find and tap on "Account Settings"

Delete Account

Select "Delete Account" and follow the prompts
